This charge is based on the country, type, service and weight of the order.
All the orders are sent in 1 days to 4 working days after the payment and in the address indicated by the customer. If some products are out of stock we will inform by email and the customer can make possible is substitution or money back.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with our products we accept its return, but please notify Artibolas for email or telephone, in the maximum period of 15 days from the purchase. You should return the product in the original packing, with accessories, manuals and invoice.
Products with information on differences of size, quality and color and will not be acceptances for devolution. |
